Physical Training

You can watch Vincent working out with his trainer at The Neuro Institute, in QuickTime™ here.

Motorcycle racing demands tremendous physical conditioning, as anyone who has ever competed on two wheels will attest. The sport also challenges one’s mental faculties to the limit and beyond, requiring a level of focus, determination and fearlessness that sets it apart from other human pursuits. Recovering from spinal chord injuries, not to mention the traumatic effect of their origin, requires an even greater degree of mind/body effort - and that’s the race that Vincent’s now running in earnest.
